At VICINITY, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original VICINITY packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
